This is Lili De Rochefort and she is from Tekken series.
I love her as a character she is elegant and beautiful young women,
she is good in fighting! but she's sometimes hate Asuka ha ha! but in the same time she still wanna be best friend with Asuka and become good sisters between them, yes her favorite hobby was tea ( which is tea time!) she likes drinking tea and having a delicious some macaron, cake and biscuits.
